Following is the steps to deploy Nous chatbot for your business aka “Nous Happy Path”
- Sign-Up with Google
- Sign-In with a Gmail or Google Workplace account.
- Onboard
- Update

first subscription
payment with Stripe at Billing screen Activate account
using Subscribed? Activate Account button at Billing screen- Update Nous Data
- Copy Nous Data (Google Sheet) template from Engine screen
- Make Google Sheet public
- Fill up Google Sheet with list of questions and answers in [01 Q&A] tab
- Update

- Use (Re)train Nous Engine button at Engine screen
- Confirm “Training in Progress” status message
- Confirmation email sent once training done and chatbot deployed
- Enable Channels
- Enable Website
- Copy website chat widget code from Channel screen
- Paste code in your website’s header section
- Enable WhatsApp via Twilio
- Get credentials from Twilio Dashboard
- Update Twilio credentials at Channel screen
